Clothes Make The Character

RP gear can be anything from casual wear for use in town, to off-hand items that are cool and go with your character.

Yes, you will need more pack space…*grin*

Just as armor helps in combat, wardrobe helps in role-playing. When you can combine both – it’s love, my friend. Even Gray items that you would normally sell could be a start for a new look.

“Seriously Sullivan, do these leggings make my tail look too big?”

Your -best- sources for rp gear are these:
1) The clothes you start off with (sometimes).
2) Quest items you come across, look and see if it can be used.
3) Junk items that would normally be sent to the vendors.
4) Vendors and such in towns
5) Crafted goods from professions, like tailoring/leatherworking/smithing.
6) Items found and placed on the Auction Houses, you never know.

Tip: Change up your armor for some “casual” duds for when you are at formal events or just out fishing. The details can make a character stand out – and make your character memorable.

The Dressing Room function is your friend – and don’t forget accessories or props! Just use your imagination to find some look that “fits” for you.

Lots of gray gear has really cool looks that are otherwise only available to NPCs. Check it all out before selling it.

In Northrend, there’s a number of new tailor-made shirts that offer completely new looks that are worth keeping an eye out for.

If your a night elf girl, then something that looks good on a Draenei might not look good on you.Take careful concideration, especially with bodies types and positions…While males have a pretty standard stance, females come in a variety of positions.
