On my server, a shop called The Finest Thread is empty, so a guild by the same name uses it. There is also, at the harbor, two stands side by side set up, empty. If you cant really set up a date or get word around, I would suggest for the alliance side, inside the Tram or on the boat docks, and for the horde, the places outside the Zepllin docks.
