I'd like to toss out my own AddEmote, available from Curse and WoWUI. It lets you create custom /emotes. Among its features, it:

- Does both global (for all your characters) and character-specific emotes. Character-specific ones override global emotes.

- Includes ChatSubs, which lets you put "substitution strings" in your emotes, which will then be filled in depending on your character, your target, etc. Examples: ("he" or "she", depending on your character's sex), , , ,

- You can give multiple possibilities, separated by a vertical bar (the | character). AddEmote will try to figure out which ones make sense in the situation and use those. For example, if you include a target substitution in one, but not in another, it will use the one with a target substitution when you have a target, and the other when you don't.

Eloquence has been picked up. I think its name is now Fan-Eloquence.

There's also a RP Helper BC that picks up that old project. (There's also RP Helper 2, but it's wildly buggy and even though it's still being developed, the show-stopping bugs have never been fixed, inexplicably.) If you use an emote like this, PLEASE set the incidence of combat-related emotes to very low -- under 5 percent, please. And learn the command to turn the mod off with a key command, so that others (even those of us who use it) don't strangle you. Also take the time to customize it -- I ripped out all the defaults and replaced them with dwarf/hunter emotes from Warcraft lore, and it's a lot more pleasing to me now, especially combined with the dwarf accent from Eloquence.

PetEmote is a good hunter/warlock RP mod too, but it doesn't work with either Eloquence or RP Helper, so I don't bother with it.

Feed-O-Matic also has a bit of RP flare for hunters.

A few thoughts:
~ImmersionRP has been updated to IRP-Continued, and is hosted on www.curse.com It also includes a Social RP list, that lets you mark people as friends, foes, etc.

~ItemRack is not being developed any longer, but there is also another nice one: ClosetGnome, that isn't hard to set up and manage. It is also by Ace (www.wowace.com)

~I -think- Lore is out of development too, unless someone's picked it back up, correct me if I'm wrong.

~Battlecry is the best of the "call out" RP helper mods I've seen. The BC Editor is clean, and simple overall.
