Hey Aik here from ER-US server.

That s the thing about Roleplaying it's always in places you least expect it i do miss wow already just for that reason the roleplay not the grinding, not the PVP not the Raiding just the rp and doing small things togther with my friends (game friends) not a group of folks i do not know that well.

Besides the Roleplaying and doing things with the community i have little reason to return to the world of warcraft. i do miss it a bit though

A most wonderful list -- and very pro-active of you to write and publish it. I also hear the "hey, where's all the RP?" in the Moon Guard general channels often, but I see it all around me! It's just not always in your face.

One point you made, "Spread the word about sites, forums, events and people that can help the RP community. If you won’t tell someone, who will?" is something I've taken to heart recently. I decided to reach outside of my small circle of RPers in the hopes of meeting more kindred spirits. To do that, I first started a character blog, but in developing that character, the blog grew and grew, and then I wanted all my characters to have a home there -- and then all my friend's characters, and their friend's ... and so on.

So I now I have a whole RP web site, and on it I created what I think is a kick-butt character sheet system where we can put all of our character's details, histories, missions, images, connections, notes, journals, etc. It's new -- and still in beta -- but I think it has a great future, and I think it can really help us develop and RP our own characters better, as well as get to know and understand the characters with whom we RP. I don't know about you, but I find it hard to remember all my character's friends last names, let alone their personal details!

The site is known simply as RPGeeks.com and it's at http://www.rpgeeks.com -- all feedback is welcome and encouraged! This, like RP, is a collaborative effort.

This is an excellent idea. I think these guidelines are quite good for RPing in general!
