Light worshipping dwarves would sort of be a minority, but it just depends on the individual character and how your backstory works/fits within the lore as it is. It's always a possibility, just as some dwarves in game (npcs like the Dark Iron Dwarves, for example) follow darker roads. (Cults and related, Shadow and even more Elemental forces, like Ragnaros) It would seem plausible that some dwarves, especially ones that know of the Silver Hand and those that know dwarven paladins may have been influenced by the Light in some way.

And as people who go through the full series of Blackrock Depths quests know, there are political shakeups in the future for at least two of the dwarf nations. What they'll be, though, is anybody's guess. I don't mean mentions in the Warcraft RPG book, but actual characters mentioning their piety. It's not really a faith that seems to offer anything from a dwarvish point of view, in contrast to the (new) faith in the Titans, which really affirms a lot of things in dwarvish culture have a divine origin, which really is the most pleasing type of religion, culturally: "You've already been living right, and in accordance with divine order.
